How to Upload iCalendar Event to Your Personal Calendar

For Google Calendar Users

1. After you register for an event, on your confirmation page you will see an invitation to download the event as an iCalendar file.
2. Click the link to download the iCalendar file.
3. Open Google Calendar
4. In the top right, click “Settings.”
5.  In the menu on the left, select “Import & Export.”
6. Under Import, click “Select file from your computer.”
7. From your files, select the iCalendar file.
8.  Press the “Import” button.
9. You should now see the event populate on your calendar.

For Yahoo Calendar Users

1. After you register for an event, on your confirmation page you will see an invitation to download the event as an iCalendar file.
2. Click the link to download the iCalendar file.
3. Click on the calendar you wish to add the event to and select Import.
4. Then, choose the file to import.
